MediaPulse is designed for lawful media monitoring workflows and responsible organizational use.
1. Permitted purpose
Use the service to monitor and analyze publicly available information and content made available through authorized integrations, within your plan and the applicable source permissions.
2. Respect for people and rights
Do not use the service for harassment, discrimination, unlawful surveillance or other activity that violates privacy, intellectual property or applicable legal rights. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to private accounts, messages or restricted systems.
3. Platform and account integrity
Do not interfere with service operation, misuse credentials, defeat access controls or attempt to disrupt third-party systems. Follow platform policies and the conditions attached to authorized integrations.
4. Human review
Treat sentiment labels, risk signals and automated summaries as decision support. Validate important findings and consider context, uncertainty and source reliability before taking action.
5. Reports and enforcement
Contact MediaPulse to report suspected misuse. The final policy will define review procedures, possible access restrictions and available appeal mechanisms, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
