Terms of Service
A framework for responsible use of MediaPulse by organizations and their authorized team members.
1. Agreement and service scope
These draft terms describe the proposed relationship between MediaPulse and its customers. The operating entity, governing law, dispute process and effective date require final legal review. MediaPulse is an AI-powered media monitoring and intelligence platform for publicly available and authorized information sources.
2. Accounts and authorized users
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information, authorized user access and the security of their credentials. Organizations should assign appropriate roles and remove access when it is no longer required.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Published plans are monthly recurring subscriptions denominated in UZS. Source, publication, user, history and feature limits vary by plan. Taxes, payment timing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and any negotiated terms must be confirmed in the applicable customer agreement before purchase.
4. Source availability and analytical limitations
Availability of individual sources may depend on platform policies, integrations and regional requirements. Historical coverage varies by source and period. AI-assisted sentiment and risk indicators may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by qualified team members before consequential decisions.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for using MediaPulse in accordance with applicable laws, platform policies and their internal compliance requirements. Third-party content remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owners.
6. Service changes and legal terms
Service maintenance, permitted suspension, termination, warranties, liability limits and dispute procedures must be finalized by legal counsel and reflected in the executed customer agreement. No draft statement here substitutes for a final contract.
