Data & Source Policy
A clear view of what MediaPulse monitors, where information comes from and the limits of coverage.
1. Public and authorized media
MediaPulse helps organizations analyze publicly available information and content made available through authorized integrations. It is not designed to provide unauthorized access to private accounts, messages or restricted systems.
2. Supported source categories
Source categories may include news websites, public Telegram channels, YouTube, X, public Instagram content, online media and radio through supported integrations. A category listing does not guarantee access to every source, account or item on a platform.
3. Availability and regional requirements
MediaPulse is designed for monitoring publicly available and authorized media sources. Availability of individual sources may depend on applicable platform policies, integrations and regional requirements. Customers should confirm the source coverage relevant to their intended workflow.
4. Historical archive
The MediaPulse historical archive dates back to 2016 for Enterprise customers. Availability varies by source, date and retained content. The archive is not a complete record of all media published online.
5. Attribution and analytical context
Third-party content remains subject to its original ownership and applicable usage terms. Reports should preserve source context and attribution where appropriate. Automated analysis can contain errors and should be reviewed before use in consequential decisions.
6. Source concerns
Use the contact page for questions about coverage, source permissions, corrections or rights. Source review procedures and responsible contacts must be finalized before this policy is adopted.
